The awards include a Silver Award for 'Customer Service' and a Bronze Award for 'Best Agent To Work For' at The Times & Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards 2016; Silver for ‘Property Management’ & ‘Best Letting Agency’ at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency Awards; and ‘Best Management Department’ at the Negotiator Awards 2016, for the second year running.

The Times & Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards’ judging panel was chaired by The Property Ombudsman, with the backing of the NAEA and NFOPP. The Judges comprised highly experienced property professionals, including leading agents, together with other industry experts and specialists.
