I think they should have done away with all the brands/associations, leaving just one very large association. One professional body with one set of post-nominal letters (A/M/FNAEA for example) would have boosted their industry recognition for sure. There is nothing wrong with one body having a number of disciplines under that same qualification ... look at the RICS for example - it works well. I wish NFoPP gave their members a chance to vote or make suggestions on this move.
