Listing on rocks the Countrywide ship is breaking apart - We expected this 7 years ago when many of the top talent fled the poor infrastructure to become the disruptors that close their branches today. There is no way back sadly. The longer the company tries to save itself the weaker the high street becomes and so the chance of salvaging something of value from the calamity shrinks. Fantastic work to those loyal Countrywide superstars who are trying to save their company while the ship rips apart. There are some fantastic people who have been badly mismanaged, still inside.

It is about time this idea was focused on by credible brands. People love it. Having bravery to try change is necessary - the future belongs to the brave. We are evolving - Jeff Bezoz would be proud.
