This year will include an expert panel discussing all things artificial intelligence on the big stage made up of OnTheMarket’s Jason Tebb, Heather Staff of Street Group, Dev Malle from Simplify and Ian Preston from Preston Baker.

Graham Lock, founder of the FIA said “FIACON events are always special, they bring together the best independent estate agents from around the country, face to face for a day of networking, sharing and learning.

“Our members and their teams enjoy a valuable day ‘out of the office’ and are able to gain priceless insights from their trusted peers, explore new products, ideas and future trends in a fast-changing sector.

“I can’t wait to see all of our members and industry colleagues together. This year we’ll have a focus on AI, high-level training, member to member presentations and the release of a new and industry/FIA exclusive product. I’m delighted that we’ll also be supporting a very important charity, the Pink Ribbon Foundation.”

The FIA recently celebrated its 5th anniversary and an incredible 27 shortlist nominations for the upcoming ESTAS.

Lock added: “The FIA is dedicated to maintaining the very best independent estate agency network in the UK, our high-calibre agents all in one venue for the day is unrivalled and we look forward to adding more high-performance members in the coming months.”
