Omaze house prize draw presenter joins By Design

A luxury real estate broker and presenter for house prize draw competition Omaze is joining premium agency brand By Design, operating in central London.

Freya Melling has experience selling in prime central London working for Fine & Country, and presenting some of the country’s exclusive properties on camera to an audience of millions through Omaze’s house price draws.

She said: ‘I’ve worked with By Design on a number of occasions already, filming and presenting some of their beautiful homes, as well as hosting a videography & presentation workshop with the network, so making the jump to take a licence for myself was an obvious choice.”
 

By Design was launched in late 2022 by former Fine & Country chief executive David Lindley.

The idea is that agents work together under the centralised Lifesycle CRM and will automatically receive selling opportunities created by their colleagues around the country as they register buyers and vice versa.

Lindley said: “Freya is a multi-talented operator, bringing her skills both in front of and behind the camera to give vendors of luxury homes a first-class property presentation experience.
