US agency broker brand eXp Realty has promoted Leo Pareja to chief executive.
Pareja was previously chief strategy officer and will replace Glenn Sanford, who will now fully dedicate his efforts to his position as founder, chairman and chief executive of eXp World Holdings.
Sanford said: "Leo's innovative and recognized industry leadership has elevated our agent-value proposition by reshaping referrals and lead-generation,"
