London agent Martyn Gerrard has launched a new flagship office in Hampstead, expanding its presence across the capital.
It follows the launch of the agency’s Winchmore Hill location in January 2023, with Hampstead growing the agency’s network to 14 and expanding on existing operations based in nearby Kentish Town and East Finchley.
With existing offices also in Crouch End and Muswell Hill, and multiple other locations in the area, Martyn Gerrard said it is now offering estate and lettings agent services to several of the most highly desirable locations in the country.
To celebrate, all Hampstead residents are invited to come into the new Hampstead office at 49 Heath Street, Hampstead NW3 6UF during the opening weeks to enjoy a glass of champagne, a hot drink, and canapes, where they can meet the team.
