Dorset-based Oliver Miles Estate Agents has been acquired by another local brand.
Its founder Oliver Miles has retired and sold the business to Matt Gregg, who runs Hull Gregson & Hull.
Gregg said: “I am incredibly excited by this recent acquisition. This move is the first major part of our company’s growth plan, with further expansion to follow.
“We now offer coverage across the whole of South Dorset encompassing Swanage and The Purbecks and linking up nicely with Weymouth & Portland. Since taking over Hull Gregson & Hull Portland two years ago, the company has doubled in size, with an extra 120 managed properties added to our Lettings Portfolio and doubling our sales income.
“We have also employed an additional seven members of staff and will be taking on a further five with the recent acquisition.
