Property data firm launches competitor analysis tool for agents

Sprift has launched a new competitor analysis tool for agents using its services.

A new market insights dashboard will provide users with hyper-local market information and competitor analysis for agents, fully integrated within the existing Sprift platform and reports.
 
Updated in real time, agents can compare their performance with the total market or any individual competitor across a wide range of features such as listings, stock type and sales achievements.  

Agents can also see the type of stock that goes under offer the fastest and at what price points in their own patch, helping them assess levels of buyer demand and target stock for new listings.

Existing Sprift subscribers can implement the insights tool access on their platform across up to three postal districts for free and can then add as many others at £5 + VAT each per month. 

Matt Gilpin, chief executive of Sprift, said: “Sprift was founded due to the need I had personally for specific property data when I was developing and selling properties myself.  

“While there were, and still are, companies that provide macro market trends which of course, are very useful, there wasn’t anywhere that I could go to get everything I needed in one place, from data on a specific property all the way up to the market in a specific area and identify who the best performing agents were, so that I could then use them to sell my property when it was ready for market.  

"This is a tool that I would have liked to have had access to myself and demonstrates the continual evolution of Sprift; we’ve innovated yet again to provide a level of insight for agents that, previously, just hasn’t been available until now.”
