An estate agency has been named among the fastest growing firms in the UK.
The North Property Group was named in the latest Sunday Times 100 fastest growing companies.
To qualify, all the businesses have to be independent, headquartered in the UK, have sales in their latest year of between £5m and £250m and be profitable.
North Property Group was cited for having some of the largest margins, with annual sales growth of 84.26% over three years.
The business ranked at number 46 in the list.
It was launched by Oli Banks, 29, and Tim Coen, 34, in 2017 with a £4,000 investment that they have since turned into annual revenues of £5.6m, the Sunday Times said.
The newspaper said: “The business focuses on sourcing buy-to-let investments in new-build developments and has sold 1,500 apartments around the UK to investors. It opened an office in Manchester in 2021, and Banks and Coen have plans to almost double their 36-strong team by next year.”
Conveyancing services provider Muve was also on the list at number 39 with annual sales growth of 93.6% over three years.
