Independent agent expands with two new offices

Independent estate agency Hat and Home has continued its expansion with two new branches announced.

Three-branch Hat and Home is growing its office network further with the addition of another two branches, this time in Ascot and Sandhurst.

This takes the agency’s footprint to five offices despite only launching two and a half years ago.

Luke Strzadala, managing director of Hat and Home, said: "We are steadfast in our commitment to 'make moving home a fantastic experience' and can't wait to offer our unique proposition to the residents of Ascot and Sandhurst.

“We’ve had our eye on both these locations for a while, but needed the right retail space which we have secured on the High Street, Ascot and Yorktown Road, Sandhurst.”

Ascot is due to open in mid July but Hat and Home is already listing properties in the area.

The Sandhurst office is due to open in September after a full re-fit of the three-storey building.

The brand’s founder Ben Gee added: “We are extremely proud of our brand and the marketing that goes alongside it to ensure high levels of traffic to our website which gives our clients’ properties the greatest exposure to the most motivated buyers and tenants in the market.”
