Upmarket agency branches out to Dubai

Premium property agency Prestige & Village is expanding beyond its home base in the South East of England.

It has launched the next phase of its property partnership model in Dubai.

The brand revealed that its UK property partners are typically generating £100,000 to £120,000 in their first year and have then gone on to generate more than £300,000 in their second year.

The network currently has a partner on track to generate a record breaking £500,000 this year.

Prestige & Village is now looking to expand its reach into additional geographical locations around England.

It has also just opened an office in Dubai where the company hopes to replicate the UK model in the UAE.

The current Prestige & Village business model offers self-employed partners a technology platform to support their prospecting and marketing requirements along with full access to all the major portals and additional materials needed. 

Property partners also get backing from a premium brand, their own territory, access to lead general tools, a listings bonus, a 70/30 revenue share and a recruitment referral incentive.
