There will also be several international speakers from the network talking about the property market, trends they are seeing in their country and sharing what makes them ‘outstanding’ in their marketplace.

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, said: “As an international brand we can gain insight from different perspectives and experiences from around the world.

“Aside from the UK, delegates will have the opportunity to hear from agents operating in Australia, France, Germany, Hungary, Jersey, Mauritius, Namibia, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, and Zimbabwe.

“Understanding the property market in these regions will help our network to gain further international referrals, as well as learning successes from across the world which each agent can take away and apply to their own local marketplace.”

Another speaker will be estate agency coach and managing director of Fine & Country Leamington Spa, Jonathan Handford.

Recognised as the Best Overall Operator for the brand in 2019, Handford has worked within the premium property for over 16 years and is well versed with both the brand and with what agents require to be a success within the upper quartile of the market. He will be discussing top tips for lead generation, presentation, and an outstanding fee.

Stevenson added: “We look forward to hearing from our speakers and listening to the tips and advice they have for our network for the potentially challenging year ahead for the property sector.

“We are also eager to celebrate excellence and recognise the hard work of the network throughout the past year at the awards ceremony.

“While 2022 was not without its challenges, many of the licensees and associates within the network achieved remarkable results which deserve to be acknowledged.

“The Annual Conference would not be complete without our awards ceremony and celebrating those who have strived for and achieved excellence.
