OnTheMarket Software unveils new tool to boost agency digital presence

OnTheMarket Software has launched a new website builder and marketing tool to help boost an agent’s digital presence.

The service is called TecWeb and is fully integrated with OnTheMarket Software products such as TecLet and TecCRM. 

Features include property presentation, an instant valuation tool, a mortgage calculator, lead generation and applicant registration, viewing and valuation booking, reporting and performance statistics. 

Page content can be provided by the agent or alternatively TecWeb employs professional copywriters who can provide copy.

Content can also be uploaded from existing websites. 

TecWeb offers three options in regards to the size, content and functionality of site, all paid for on a monthly subscription basis. In addition, an “a la carte” menu of optional extras is available.

A dedicated team is also in place to provide support beyond just technical aspects, including pay-per-click, search engine optimisation and social media.
