Agency media brand PropertyBox has launched an all-in-one artificial intelligence (AI) property marketing assistant for estate agents.
The proptech company is now offering AI property descriptions and automated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) lookups.
These new features aim to streamline the way estate agents write property descriptions, check the validity of EPCs and order new pmes, freeing up their time to focus on closing sales quicker.
