Property industry veteran Mal McCallion has helped launch a new artificial intelligence (AI) property search tool that agents can embed in their own website.

His latest business, ModelProp AI, has launched AILSA (Artificial Intelligence Local Services Assistant), which is described as the UK's first natural language search AI Assistant for properties.

Consumers can ask natural language questions such as "Do you have any properties for sale near an outstanding school?" or "What's available to let within 20 minutes’ walk of the train station?". The assistant provides accurate answers and links to book viewings – and market appraisals.

Without the need for costly website modifications, estate agents can easily add AILSA to their existing platforms. It is made accessible through a simple button on their website, as well as through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other popular platforms.

It costs an agent £99 plus VAT per month for a company so there isn’t a charge for each branch.
