AllAgents Awards reveal top rated estate agencies

The winners of the AllAgents Customer Experience Awards have been revealed.

A ceremony was held at the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow last week to honour the winners of awards including best national estate and lettings agents as well as the top hybrid and online firms based on customer feedback and ratings.

The event featured renowned celebrity host Martin Roberts from the popular show Homes under the Hammer.

He said: “The AllAgents Awards stand apart from other property accolades, recognizing and celebrating the entire spectrum of listed property agents across the UK. 

“They are unique in being entirely free to participate in and are bestowed based on the authentic experiences of the end-users.

“The adage is true that the customer is always right, and tonight, their feedback played a pivotal role in selecting our finalists and winners."

Vincent Friel, director of AllAgents, added: "Everyone in the room had a fantastic time, and in my eyes, every participant was a winner. 

“We eagerly anticipate planning for next year's event." Following the established tradition from previous years, the results and certificates of the 2023 AllAgents Annual Customer Experience Awards are now accessible on the AllAgents Awards website. 

“The platform features the top three podium results for all UK postcodes, towns, and regions, allowing audiences to explore and celebrate the outstanding achievements of property agents on a national scale.”
