The Guild hails success of virtual Autumn Tour

The Guild of Property Professionals successfully hosted its annual Autumn Tour virtually last week, allowing member agents from across the UK to participate in the event.

The event included an update on key market points from property market analyst statistics, a business planning session for 2024, insights into how Guild Members are using the premium plan to double their fees in the current market, and an update on several new products and services.

Iain McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild, said: “Our Autumn tour has become an annual fixture on the calendar, giving us an opportunity to speak to our Members about the developments within the network, the latest technology launches, as well as tips, training, and advice.”

“The focus of the event was on how our members could prepare themselves for 2024, looking at ways in which, together with The Guild, they could increase revenue in the current economic environment.”

McKenzie said agents need to be thinking about the year ahead and have a robust plan in place to take on what challenges may lie ahead.

He added: “With steep competition in the market, it is crucial to stand out from the crowd and find ways that will set you apart from other agents in the region.

“As a network our aim is to help provide independent agents with the tools and services that will help them punch above their weight and compete with much larger brands,” commented

“As always, a lot has happened over the past 12 months within The Guild with regards to partnerships and enhancements that will add further value to our membership offering, focusing on the pillars of making money, saving money and remaining compliant.”
