Marie Fritz, a top performer for Fine & Country in Northamptonshire has been reunited with the former chief executive of the upmarket agency.
Fritz has left to set up her own premium agency business in the county under the By Design brand launched by David Lindley.
She has operated in the premium market for several years.
Fritz said: “I love working in the premium market, and offering my clients an exceptional, personal service. Fine & Country has been a great brand to work for, with some brilliant operators around the country.
“However, the time came for me to build my own business. By Design not only offers a unique premium marketing proposition for homeowners of upper quartile properties, but crucially it gives me the springboard to owning my own business without splitting my commission with anyone.”
Lindley, who left Fine & Country after nine years in 2020 and has since launched By Design, said: “It’s wonderful to be working with Marie again. She is superb estate agent, with a track record of excellence in the premium property market. We are excited to support her in building her business as she expands across Northamptonshire and beyond.”
