The Women in Estate Agency (WiEA) group is launching a webinar series.
The first will go live on Friday 13 October at 11am, hosted by members of the WiEA committee including YOPA chief executive Verona Frankish, Franks Marketing founder Kirsty Franks and Iain McKenzie, chief executive of the Guild of Property Professionals.
Planning is also underway for the group’s next annual conference in March with the theme of “Together we are Unstoppable.”
It will take place on 7 March 2024 at a London venue to be announced, with Rightmove continuing as headline sponsors.
WiEA is also in the process of recruiting regional advocates who will champion the cause, support local members through a range of activities and events and act as representatives of their local estate agent networks across the country. Further details will be shared very soon on the WiEA Facebook page.
To build on their gender inclusive first conference the group has also recruited two men from the industry to join the WiEA committee, welcoming Simon Brown of the ESTAS Group and Iain McKenzie.
