New marketing resource launched to help agents go upmarket

A group of senior estate agency and property executives have combined to launch a free monthly marketing resource for upmarket agents.

Former Fine & Country chief executives David Lindley and Simon Leadbetter, as well as Simon Gates, founder of Opening the Gates and Elaine Penhaul founder of Lemon + Lime Interiors, have launched a new regular collection of insights, strategy and tactics specifically for agents looking to grow their market share in the premium market.

Agents will receive the latest premium property market statistics, marketing strategies and presentation best practice feature each month, as well as an interview with an expert in the premium property market from the Property Porn Stars podcast.
