Major housebuilder agrees multi-year software contract with Zoopla

Housebuilder Persimmon has signed a multi-year software contract with Zoopla.

It follows the launch of Zoopla for Housebuilders in July, a new software proposition for housebuilders that’s designed to combine the best of Yourkeys with everything housebuilders need to effectively run their sales in one place.

As part of the deal, all of Persimmon’s housing stock will be processed through Zoopla’s software solutions, while conveyancers and mortgage brokers will be able to connect to buyers through the property website’s sales progression portal.
