Agents at haart in Lincoln are celebrating after receiving their 1,000th online review on Google.
The branch, which offers both residential sales and lettings, has an impressive average rating of 4.7 stars out of five from customers.
The company said high-quality Google reviews helps increase the trust in local brands, enhances online exposure and moves them up the search engine rankings. It can also help with click-throughs to websites.
Sarah Hammond, haart area partner, said reaching 1,000 was an important landmark for her and the team.
She added: “We’re one of the top-rated estate agency and lettings teams in Lincoln. Not only do we have more than 1,000 reviews but the high average is equally important.
“I’m especially proud of Craig Giles and Jake Clapham in the lettings team who has consistently received very good Google reviews since he joined.
“It’s crucial to have customers reviewing us. It’s always much better to have someone from the outside saying we’re doing well, rather than us saying it ourselves.
“People often choose us because we have the best Google reviews in the city.”
