Agency network launches new marketing tool for members

The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has partnered with industry data specialist TwentyEA to offer a new tool for the membership network.

The new product is called Spotlight and aims to assist agents in converting a higher number of valuations into instructions by proving to vendors that they are the best agent to sell their home.

The independent data highlights an agent’s strengths and enables them to compare their performance with competitors.

Agents can use the performance statistics to set themselves apart from their competitors and make sure they’re the agent of choice for all potential vendors.

Spotlight provides white labelled reports showing how an agent performs in their local market and comparisons with others.

Graham Lock, founder of the FIA said: “In such an incredibly competitive market we’re always looking to give our high-performing member agents an edge and the new Spotlight product does exactly that. 

“We know there’s a tougher market ahead but that creates huge opportunity for the top agents and products like Spotlight will further set them apart. It will demonstrate to vendors in an easy-to-view, branded one page showcase, that they’re using the right agent.
