Connells Midlands Launches Shared Ownership Hub

Connells Midlands has launched a new Shared Ownership Hub to help deliver affordable housing in the region.

It will provide an end-to-end service for developers and Registered Providers in the Midlands.

Benefits will include acquiring and introducing land proposals, launching of affordable housing sites all the way through to the full application, qualification, and viewing and home demonstration processes.

The Shared Ownership Hub will also be a source of information for potential clients researching the scheme.

Services will include assisting applications, full credit and financial checks, and one-on-one meetings with specialists to discuss a variety of options.
