Regional agent offers to sell homes for free to mark new office

The Acorn Group has opened its 40th branch in Sevenoaks under its Langford Russell brand.

It isn’t opening quietly though and is offering to sell local properties for free, on a sole agency contract, until the end of next month.

Commission will be 0% on all new instructions taken on or before 30 June 2022.

The office will become the group’s flagship branch in Kent and the team will be led by area manager Chris Salt and branch boss Paul Reid who have more than 40 years agency experience between them.

To give the residents of Sevenoaks the chance to experience the Langford Russell service, fees are completely off the table.

The opening means the Acorn Group has now doubled its network to 40 branches in just a decade.

The south England-based regional agent, which incorporates brands including Langford Russell and John Payne, said it continues to focus on building its brand through acquisitions.

Neil Louth, chief executive of the Acorn Group, said: “We have invested a tremendous amount of time, effort and money into perfecting the opening of our new branches.

“Community is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s vital that our teams are carefully selected to understand and immerse themselves in the area in which they work.

“Whether you’re a seller in Blackheath, a developer building in Bromley or a buyer looking for their perfect Sevenoaks home, our team work collaboratively to support the individual needs of each client at every step of their property journey.”
