Homesearch expands north of the border following agent requests

Property data and estate agent prospecting platform Homesearch is expanding north of the border.

After three years of operation in England and Wales, Homesearch has now started operating in Scotland.

It is looking to partner with small local independent agents through to major national players in Scotland to provide comprehensive information on every home in the country and all the tools needed for agents to stay ahead of the competition.
 
Agents currently using Homesearch see an average 1,100% return on investment through using the platform, the proptech business said, claiming it is on course to increase that to 1,500% by the end of the year.

It comes after Homesearch unveiled four “mobile first” features for users in February.

These are based on real user data from agents, buyers and sellers and include a ‘Dream Home Finder’ -  described as giving agents’ clients the ability to search anywhere for properties that meet their exact needs, whether on or off the market. 

This may generate a potential instruction that may have laid dormant, Homesearch says.

A new real-time dashboard also allows agents to see how many instructions are on their patch compared to how many are sold subject to contract, view the most active streets, and keep track of their market share versus their competitors.
