Regional agents expand and rebrand

Agents have been busy expanding and rebranding this week.

Regional agent Preston Baker is expanding its service area with the creation of new associate roles.

A team of newly-appointed Preston Baker associates will offer the company’s  services to a wider area.

Preston Baker’s established estate agency presence in Leeds, Selby, York and Doncaster remains, with service area coverage now expanded to include Wetherby, Tadcaster, Horsforth, Pudsey and Wakefield.

Other areas will follow, the agency said.

Meanwhile, prime estate agent John D Wood & Co has expanded into the Docklands & City area in London.

As part of this, it has rebranded the existing Vanet Asset Property Management office at 37b Millharbour, London E14 9TX, and expanded the John D Wood & Co. reach to cover Docklands and City postcodes.

The area is particularly popular with corporate tenants who are relocating internationally, the agent said.

John D Wood & Co said it receives a search from a corporate tenant looking to relocate to the UK every 11 minutes.
