Regional agent rebrands as it plans national expansion

Regional estate agency Bradley Hall has undergone a rebrand as it looks to expand its presence beyond the North East and increase turnover.

The agency turned full property services firm has outlined ambitions to increase its turnover from £4.8m to £10m over the next three to five years.

Established in 1988, the company started life as a standalone property agency but has expanded since its new leadership team was introduced in 2015. 


Bradley Hall now has nine offices across the North of England and specialises in services including commercial agency, land, development, and new homes; professional management, property management, building surveying, estate agency, mortgages, and BH Planning and Design.

The brand refresh will include a streamlined, more modern look across all marketing including website, social media, boards, logo, brochures and documents, digital and print advertising and branded items.

The rebrand project also redefined the company’s mission and tone of voice to consistently communicate the firm’s purpose and personality.

It will also bring in-line all corporate, electronic and physical marketing material to ensure they remain consistent and reflect the true image of Bradley Hall as an organisation.

Bradley Hall has become synonymous with its dark grey and green branding, which Moyse said the brand didn’t want to stray too far from, adding: “We were keen to ensure that the new look really encapsulated the essence of the organisation.
