A new agency service has been launched seeking to attract vendors of second-hand residential park homes.
Quickmove Properties has partnered with park industry portal Sell My Group following what is described as record demand from downsizers wanting to move to retirement parks.
Quickmove’s resale service is built on 20 years’ experience of selling property, and its current ‘No sale - No fee’ offer includes property valuation, arranging viewings, negotiating with buyers and in partnership with Sell My Group creating premium listings on Rightmove and On the Market.
