An online agency that already operates in the lettings field is spreading into sales - and pledges to give most of its profits back to the local community.
Stockport-based Three Sixty is expanding to include a sales division operating across Greater Manchester.
It’s offering vendors what it calls “an introductory home-selling service” at a flat fee of £995 + VAT.
And it says that on top there is a “free marketing appraisal, free advertising on Rightmove, a free accompanied viewing and no-add-on costs.”
David Wright, chair of the company board, says: “We are very proud to be able to deliver another new service which will bring positive change to an ever-changing industry which is in uncertain times. Every Three Sixty Living colleague is dedicated to creating a better experience for all customers.”
Three Sixty calls itself a pioneering, multi-million-pound construction and property management company which was formed to deliver great services to everyone while achieving social, community and environmental benefits across Manchester. Its new sales service will help create profits which will in turn assist their goal of helping local communities, it claims.
Three Sixty Living also offers a rental service to landlords which “absorbs all extra costs that many high-street agents pass onto landlords” plus a guaranteed rent.
