Another Spicerhaart brand wants agents working remotely

Butters John Bee, one of the oldest agency brands in the UK, is the latest part of the Spicerhaart group to champion agents working from home.

Spicerhaart recently unveiled its Partnership programme for sister company haart.

This involved the closure of 23 branches and so-called Partner agents working from home or from haart’s Local Property Centres and supported by a national call centre.

Now BJB, which dates back to 1856, has followed suit; the brand says it’s now looking for recruits to work from home.

“These are fully employed positions, not self-employed, giving our staff all the benefits associated with being part of the Spicerhaart group, while offering great flexibility and work-life balance” according to group managing director Antony Lark.

“Those taking up the roles absolutely love the opportunity it brings” he continues.

“We’ve started by offering a number of roles to some of our existing branch managers but will be unveiling new locations in time, with Partners supported by the branch network and our national call centre, backed up by advanced technology and exceptional marketing.”
