The Future: PropTech conference takes place in under a fortnight’s time on May 2 and over 1,200 delegates have now been confirmed, coming from over 31 countries and with 596 different companies being represented.
This makes it the largest event of its kind held in the UK.
It’s now been revealed that the ‘Innovation Stage’ will host over 20 new start-ups, giving attendees the chance to dive into technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and robotics.
New speakers just confirmed include Guy Grainger, the chief executive of JLL and Dan Batterton from the Build To Rent division of Legal & General.
This is in addition to the likely-to-be-packed-out Modernising Your Agency session in the afternoon.
This involves Lee Wainwright (Purplebricks’ UK chief executive) and Anthony Codling (equity analyst at Jefferies International and the author of a report on the sales record of Purplebricks and other online agencies).
Long-awaited PropTech operators The Depositary and BestAgent are officially launching at the event, and there will be a host of new products on display.
The organisers say they have a mission to ensure that women are balancing the PropTech gender divide, so have over 13 of the top female thought-leaders in the sector speaking throughout the event.
