A cool Yule video, life-size Santa and festive ties -...

Hello and welcome to the Wednesday edition of your Christmas agency branch decorations - and what a festive lot you are.

Before we get to today’s frivolity, a reminder that we’d love to show more of your office videos and pictures, including your Yuletide parties and *those* Christmas jumpers. Drop your image to press@estateagenttoday.co.uk and we’ll do the rest.

So let’s start today with the pics sent in by Liz McGowan, sales and lettings manager at Harper Woods in Ealing, west London.

“Our life size Father Christmas draws the little ones to the window daily over December. We sometimes hide behind him and make him wave to them” she explains. Well we can’t see a staff member giving Santa a hand - or arm - but the festive scene looks great to us.

Now let’s swing over to Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire where Philip Norgan - a regular name in our Agents Do Charity feature on Fridays - has sent us images from Martin Kemps’ office.

It looks good but we’re disappointed that Philip, who is the sales and lettings manager, has included any image of his Christmas ties…we gather they’re something to behold.

And finally today, a video - and, appropriately enough, it’s a cracker.

It comes from the folk at Red Door Homes in Kent and features agent Lewis taking anything that the festive season can throw at him…and that includes a shy elf looking for a workshop, a bold reindeer who needs a bigger garden, and a tired-and-emotional Santa.
