Influential Marsh & Parsons sales director to depart after 12 years

London estate agency Marsh & Parsons has announced that its sales director Liza-Jane Kelly has taken the decision to leave after 12 ‘highly successful’ years.

Kelly, who played a key role in Marsh & Parsons’ acquisition by LSL Property Services in 2011, is said to be pursuing other career opportunities. 

During the agent’s time with Marsh & Parsons, it has grown considerably from seven to 27 offices and now has over 330 employees.

Just over a year ago, another influential member of the Marsh & Parsons team, Peter Rollings, announced his retirement as chief executive in order to spend more time with his family.

Rollings – who has since invested in PropTech startup Viewber – continues to be a brand ambassador for Marsh & Parsons.

"I have had an exciting and incredibly rewarding 12-year journey at M&P and I am extremely proud of everything we have achieved during that time,” Liza-Jane Kelly commented. 

“We’ve rapidly expanded the number of offices, whilst always maintaining a great culture and working environment for our people.” 

She added: “I am very grateful to LSL for their faith and support in the Marsh & Parsons brand, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time [here] and I'm looking forward to embarking on my next career challenge in due course.”


David Brown, Marsh & Parsons chief executive, said: “Liza-Jane has contributed an enormous amount over her twelve-year tenure; she has passionately and diligently helped grow the business into what it is today.”

“I am grateful to her for her hard work and support.”

The London agency says a further announcement about Kelly’s successor will be made in due course.
