Agent cuts ribbon on 11th office in area of 'fast growth'

A London estate agency is opening its eleventh office this month in an area it believes has 'fast growth' potential.

ludlowthompson is expanding into Canada Water in South East London – an area which it describes as one of the capital's leading transport hubs.

The agency says the arrival of Crossrail in the next few years will boost its housing market further.

"Canada Water has rapidly become a core part of central London, and its role as an overspill from Canary Wharf is attracting growing numbers of young professionals looking to relocate both from within London and elsewhere,” says Stephen Ludlow, the agency's chairman.

ludlowthompson, which claims to have organised over 120,000 customer moves and over 40,000 tenancies, says the new office is the first in a line of openings planned for the future.

The investment is intended to enhance the ludlowthompson brand and improve its 'London footprint' - providing a wider coverage of the capital.

“Our brand redevelopment involves more than new offices and an improved website. It reinforces our commitment to our clients and shows that through our hard work and dedication we will always get the very best price for our clients. It is about building a relationship, not just fulfilling a property transaction,” adds Ludlow.
