Hunters relocates two offices to 'prime high street locations'

National estate agency Hunters has relocated two of its branches to prime high street locations to raise its brand profile.

The firm took the opportunity to relocate its Tring and Leighton Buzzard offices after it says they had established themselves firmly in their respective markets.

The Tring branch was opened in autumn 2012 and its staff has grown from two to eight members since launch.

“We’ve experienced a massive difference since relocating to the High Street and the branch is a lot busier now. So many people look into our display window which is attracting more walk in clients than ever before," says Caroline Murgatroyd, director of Hunters Tring.

"The uplift in business was immediate and we’ve seen a 20% increase in activity which is exactly what we were looking to achieve with the move.”

Meanwhile, the other branch in Leighton Buzzard has been relocated with the aim of capturing business from the surrounding north and south villages.

“We were looking to move office as we needed more workspace for our growing team. The business has really taken off and we’ve tripled our workforce in the short time we’ve been operating,” says David Lawrence, branch manager at Hunters Leighton Buzzard.
