Franchise giant Century 21 has launched a high-profile recruitment campaign for sales associates with an emphasis on its international business model.

Its drive - with marketing material under the banner '21 Reasons To Become Century 21' - emphasises associates' ability to earn from international referrals and the opportunity to have uncapped earning potential.

Century 21 already has 30 offices across England, five in Scotland and one in Belfast. Like Most offices have ancillary services such as conveyancing, mortgage advice and surveys via the firm's parent company, the Shepherd Direct Group

Century 21 began in the US and claims to be the world's largest residential agency with some 7,000 franchise offices and over 90,000 agents in more than 70 countries. It is part of a group including the well-known US realtor brand Coldwell Banker, and Sotheby's International Realty, which has a UK office in Mayfair.

Some 15 months ago Shepherd Direct acquired the licence to operate the Century 21 sales and lettings brand across the UK and Channel Islands; its headquarters are in Scotland and central support services for franchisees are based in Nottingham.

Chief executive Rob Clifford says the recruitment campaign aims to offer would-be associates a complete package and that for the right entrepreneurial individuals Century 21 can open the door to a highly lucrative and fulfilling career.
