PropCert is a national provider of property services, namely EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety Certs and many more. PropCert incorporates the latest technology and good old fashioned ‘bend over backwards’ customer service to make the agents' life just that bit easier.

What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?

EPCs, EICRs, Gas Certs and more can be ordered, tracked and viewed from one convenient portal - A portal that we designed and created over 24 months with the specific goal of working seamlessly alongside agents. We provide a constant live stream of information flowing, so hopefully the days of agents being caught awarkedly in the middle of client and supplier are a thing of the past.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

Our years of experience working with the biggest corporate agents and the smallest startups has given us unique insight into what works and what doesn't. Also, the fact that we can provide all of our services on a fully national scale with short turnaround times helps!

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

Hard to name one but generally speaking, the growth of the company since I joined. 5 years ago, we would be aiming for 50-80 property visits a day. Now we comfortably manage 350+ every day!

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Training my team members from fresh faced newbies to the property services powerhouses that they have become.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?

Adjusting to the various lockdowns, working from home and other new challenges that covid has brought.

What is your property prediction for the remainder of 2020?

I predict that people will be stuck inside them with all of the covid restrictions!
