Chelsea-based estate agent Cowan & Rutter has rebranded its residential property services arm as Century 21 Cowan & Rutter.
The firm covers areas with Fulham SW6 and Chelsea, SW1, two of central London's most expensive locations. It offers a range of sales, lettings and property management services.
We recognise the highly competitive nature of the estate agency market. Our relationship with Century 21 UK allows us to significantly increase our range of applicants and enhance the services we offer explains Jonathan Cowan, company director.
The move represents something of a breakthrough for Century 21 which has previously had limited central London exposure.
There is a large international client base in SW6 and SW10, particularly with new-build apartments. Having a global reach is highly important for these instructions not to mention existing properties. I am particularly impressed with the marketing and administration platforms available from our Century 21 UK franchisor says Cowan.
