Marsh & Parsons is opening its fourth new office this year, this time in Camden - and it's being launched with a Foxtons-style 0% sales fee for the first three months.
The office, opening on Wednesday, is the firm's first to exclusively cover north London, although it already has a presence in Little Venice and Marylebone.
Marsh & Parsons claims the new office has involved a £500,000 refurbishment and the sales side will be headed by Enna-Mae Assiter, joining the firm after 10 years working elsewhere in London.
The firm claims the Foxtons-style launch offer will save customers an average of around £20,000 per sale, baced on a typical 2.0 per cent commission of a typical sale price over the past year. Marsh & Parsons claims this is £1,016,378 according to Zoopla.
Rupert Osborne will be taking up the role of lettings manager having worked at the company since 2012.
