Fresh from EAT’s visit to Sandbanks (honestly, we have been there) our attention was caught by another top property.

This time, it is a Grade Two church, St Mary’s in the Northumberland village of Felton (we freely admit we’ve not been there, but it looks lovely).

For sale with planning permission to convert into a house, it is being sold by agent Michael Bell of George F White, who is expecting the price to reach over £200,000 when it goes to auction.

Bids will, of course, be taken from the pulpit.
