The first Great North Property Auction (GNPA) of 2012 has most certainly set the bar high for other auctions operating in the North Eastregion. Not only did the auction sell 89% of the lots offered but has now set a new record for the most successful auction in the North East so far in 2012.

With 49 out of the 55 properties offered for sale successfully sold at auction equating to almost £3,500,000 in capital value we continue to buck trends in the property market.

Powered by iam-sold and working in association with over 50 interlinked branches, the GNPA offers agents the opportunity to increase their revenue through additional property sales through the interest that the auction creates. The additional bonus is that all the properties are also available for sale online 24 hours a day, seven days a week leading up to the auction date.

Director of the GNPA, Jamie Cooke, added “I am currently in conversation with some great Estate Agents Networks from across the North East which could see our agent branch network surpass 75 branches which will continue our expansion on all levels. We are in a fantastic position this year to continue the already great working relationships we have in place with our partner agents.”

With preparations already beginning, we are already very excited for the next GNPA which is going to be held on 27th March 2012. Let’s see if we can reach 90% sold lots.
