The winner of the Metropix competition to see which agent could draw a floor plan quickest is Stephanie Dunn-Fox from Findahome Online Estate & Letting Agents.
She lodged the impressive time of 2:48:77, illustrating the speed at which a floor plan can be produced.
She has won an Apple iPad.
Runners-up are Jonny Orme from Martel Maides, who logged a time of 2:53:63 and wins an iPod Nano, closely followed by Nathan Patterson from Manning Stainton, who recorded 2:53:72 and wins an iPod Shuffle.
Brian Farrell, managing director of Metropix, said: “We have seen a huge amount of interest in the Speed Floor Plan Drawing competition and would like to extend our thanks to everyone who entered and offer our congratulations to Stephanie Dunn-Fox.
“The winning times of under three minutes demonstrate just how quickly a high-quality residential floor plan can be produced.
“In fact, 94% of entrants achieved times of less than five minutes to draw the three-bedroom house provided.”
