Software firm opens new training facility in London

Monday 27th September 2010
Reapit, the provider of sales and lettings software, has opened a new in-house training suite in its head office in London.

The training programme continues to be free to help estate agents get the most from their software.

Simon Whale, director at Reapit, said: “When the market gets tough, estate agents need to squeeze as much out of their business as possible.

“There are almost certainly features on their software that they are not making full use of. These features will save agents time, help them win more business and ensure they market their properties more effectively.

“Therefore our training is vital for all agents whether it’s at their own offices or ours, especially for new starters and those who have not had a training session for over a year.”

It is the least reap it could do, you get one of their wide boy sales staff in, they stitch you up and charge you 3 times the rate of the next most expensive supplier. Their support is non existent - I have been waiting weeks for even a call back.
Could you perhaps invest more in your support desks than free training that I doubt anyone is actually interested in. I want my basic bugs fixed first please Mr Whale.
