Software firm asks agents to help develop product |
Wednesday 25th August 2010
CFP Software, supplier of software to the property management and lettings industry, is looking for customers to work alongside its development team to help further improve its winMan system.
Users would have a direct involvement with the development of the product, by testing early releases and feeding back any issues or comments about its functionality.
Anyone interested should email mark.adair@cfp-software.co.uk

For most of the last 20 years there have been staff who really knew the industry and were consulting with customers on a daily basis so there was no need for a formal system.

As a happy CFP customer I actually received the communication of this several weeks ago and I think you will find this is a new formalised development partner programme. Whilst I don't have time to assist, it can only be a very positive step - having used a variety of software products over my 13 years in lettings, I have to say, I have never been asked to be involved in development discussions by either of my 2 previous suppliers.

CFP, Vebra, its all the same GMG. A Company in free fall, laying off staff and closing offices. Is this the death knell that they are actually publicising, that for 20 years they have developed software without consulting their clients? Over priced and under performing with support to match and now they are looking for help. To little, to late.
