Savills won the title of UK estate agent of the year at the 2013 RESI awards, while Knight Frank scooped the title of international estate agent of the year, and the letting agency of the year gong went to Chesterton Humberts.

Over 950 people attended the bash at the Hilton in London where other winners included the Candy brothers, developers of One Hyde Park, Berkeley Homes boss Tony Pidgley, and the Battersea Power Station project.

The title of residential consultancy practice of the year went to EC Harris, and build-to-let trailblazer Fizzy Living was named newcomer of the year. Touchstone was named property manager of the year.

In separate awards, Devonshire agents Sawdye & Harris won the Guild of Professional Estate Agents’ top award, which was presented to managing director Katie Griffin.

More than 700 Guild members attended the event at the Millennium in Grosvenor Square, London.
