An agent who has run his own independent business for 22 years has rebranded to Winkworth.
The Martin Treasure business in St Albans brings the Winkworth network to 91 offices in the UK. It will still be owned and run by Martin Treasure himself, who has worked in estate agency in St Albans for a total of 32 years.
St Albans, in Hertfordshire, is a prime commuter belt town just 18 minutes from St Pancras which has attracted increasing numbers of families to move out of London.
Treasure said: “I am genuinely delighted to be joining Winkworth at a time when the London market is now the prime driving force affecting St Albans property.
“After 22 years running my business as a lone voice, I will now have the best marketing, the best network and a fabulous opportunity to offer the best service to St Albans home owners.”
