BTF Partnership, an RICS firm in the south-east specialising in rural agency, has acquired Charles Clark & Co in Heathfield, Sussex.
Tom French, managing partner at BTF, said: “We are very pleased to announce the growth of the partnership, which gains not only highly experienced staff but also an office in Sussex to enable us to serve a broader range of clients and increase our professional and agency services.”
Charles Clark said: “After 40 years in practice and more than half of that as Charles Clark & Co, this is an exciting and progressive move.
“We will continue to provide clients with the best possible advice whilst being able to offer them a wider range of services and expertise.”
Charles Clark will remain as a consultant while Tim Crundwell continues to be in charge of the agency department at the Heathfield office.
