A regional property company called Situ Homes launched by five agents in the West Midlands is now up and running.
John Ozwell of Hunters is the chairman of the new company, while Oliver Knight of Knight & Rennie, John Payne of Payne Associates, Philip Jackson of Maguire Jackson, and Andrew Oulsnam of Oulsnam are directors.
The new group has 26 agency offices, all of which keep their own branding, and which cover a number of locations including Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Lichfield, Solihul, Reddich and Tamworth.
Between them, they offer some 2,500 homes both for sale and letting which are listed on the Situ website.
